Accommodation

There are multiple options available in Colombo and surrounding suburbs, to suit individual student requirements.

Our staff can facilitate your accommodation needs – from homestay options to on-campus living, or assist with advice on other options, such as renting an apartment or house.

Homestay

Homestay is a popular accommodation option for international students when first arriving in Sri Lanka. Students are provided with an opportunity to live with a Sri Lankan family which helps them to settle in more quickly to the local culture and customs.

On-Campus

Our on-campus accommodation is great for students who are wanting to have the convenience of not having to travel to campus. Each room is for a maximum of four students, with shared bathroom facilities. Kitchen facilities are not available.

Renting an Apartment or House

Students may wish to rent either an apartment or house located within the city of Colombo. This type of rental is normally offered on a long-term basis of one year or more. Most apartments range from two to three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and separate kitchen and living areas. Expect to pay from US$300 per week for rent.
