ECU Sri Lanka successfully conducted an insightful career guidance session for college students titled “Aligning Your Degree with Future Industry Demands.”
The session was delivered by Dr. Imran Malik, Course Coordinator of Cyber Security, School of Science, Edith Cowan University. He shared valuable insights into current technology industry trends, emerging job market demands, and the knowledge and skills required across a range of technology disciplines.
The session helped students understand how their current diploma studies can align with suitable bachelor’s degree pathways and future career opportunities at university level. It also encouraged them to make informed decisions about their higher education and long-term career development.
