Edith Cowan University Sri Lanka Campus recently conducted a Leadership Training Session for prefects from several leading schools in Colombo. The program, designed to nurture the next generation of leaders, included interactive workshops on “Unleashing Your Superhero Within” and “Communication and Public Speaking for a Leader.”
The highlight of the session was an engaging panel discussion where ECU student leaders shared their own experiences, challenges, and lessons learned with the school prefects. This open exchange created a meaningful learning environment, giving students a glimpse into real leadership journeys.
The participants responded enthusiastically, with students expressing excitement and teachers commending the initiative for its graceful and lasting impact.
