ECU Sri Lanka successfully delivered the Corporate Excellence Toolkit Workshop on 9 January 2026, reinforcing its commitment to preparing students for success beyond the classroom. The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Remoshine Clance, HR Manager at the Australia-based John Morris Group, who brought over a decade of HR experience, supported by an MBA in Human Resource Management, PQHRM qualification, and strong expertise in professional communication.
Designed with a practical, industry-focused approach, the session covered essential professional skills such as effective résumé development, interview readiness, and strategic personal branding. Students actively engaged with the workshop and valued the real-world perspectives shared, which closely reflected current corporate expectations and recruitment practices.
