A successful start to the ECU Career Fair 2026 Career Readiness Guest Session Series!
Today, 5 August, we had the pleasure of hosting our first guest session, “From Career Fair to Job Offer: What Employers Really Look For,” with an enthusiastic turnout of students. The session was highly engaging and provided valuable insights to help our students prepare for the upcoming ECU Career Fair and their future careers.
A sincere thank you to Aasim Naleem from Mas Capital Ltd. for organizing this session and for the continued support for our students and their career development initiatives. Your partnership is truly appreciated.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our guest speakers:
· Nadun Tharanga, Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Service Delivery, MAS Legato (Pvt) Ltd
· Sanduni Buddhima, Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition Service Delivery, MAS Legato (Pvt) Ltd
Your expertise, practical advice, and engaging discussions gave our students a clearer understanding of what employers look for and how they can confidently prepare for career opportunities.
Here’s to strengthening the long-standing collaboration between Edith Cowan University Sri Lanka and MAS and creating more opportunities to empower the next generation of professionals.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to the next sessions in the series on 12 August and 18 August, as we continue equipping our students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
